  • In its original packaging with all tags and labels intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt

Please note that we cannot accept exchanges for reasons such as changing your mind, dissatisfaction with color or texture due to personal preference, or items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery. If your exchange is approved, we’ll send you the same product or one of equal value, depending on availability. You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived defective.
